Concierge Program Makes Sourcing Easier with Folders
In May 2019, Dering Hall launched Concierge, a new sourcing service from Dering Hall and DECASO created to help design professionals and consumers find the perfect items for their design projects. With Concierge, shoppers can request items based on parameters (including product category, style, color, materials, etc.) and our team of experts will provide suitable options based on these needs.
Dering Hall is making it even easier for users to access and organize these product picks directly from their Dering Hall account. Now, when users make requests to find products, our team will select relevant items directly from the Dering Hall website and add them to a folder containing our suggestions. The folders will then be shared with Dering Hall users who will then be able to access the folders directly from their account – keeping everything organized and stored in one place. Dering Hall members can access these folders at any time by clicking on Favorites in their user panel.
With Concierge, designers and shoppers are able to save time in their search, and now they can keep their ideas and selections organized within their Dering Hall account. This update is also great news for brands and makers, as more of their products will be featured in suggestions for future design projects.
